We’re looking for someone that truly believes making gut decisions without using objective data is a recipe for disaster. Are you a data artisan? Do you paint pictures of marketing campaigns with data, graphs, pie charts and more via Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other third-party tools? If so, we have a place for you at VLG.

Track the performance of digital marketing programs, including aggregate data from a variety of sources. Present those findings to our clients, including key marketing executives at major brands like Dell, Salesforce, IBM and Zebra.

Generate reports that enable strategic decision making to achieve desired marketing outcomes, which implies you understand marketing KPIs, how to track them, sift through the data and draw meaningful conclusions.

People say we are looking for a marketing analytics unicorn. Maybe so. We believe they are out there.

About us:

We are the creative ABM agency that works with B2B market leaders. Our disruptive, multi-touch solutions support some of the world’s top Marketing and Sales organizations by improving lead generation, driving pipeline acceleration, and audience engagement.

Our turn-key campaigns are built to work with a client’s existing martech stack so Marketing and Sales teams can engage with customers and prospects in real-time while also empowering the Marketing team to uncover next-level buyer data and insights.

Every company needs maxims. Ours are: think critically, team before self, make life easier, never stop learning, and make smart choices.

Our mission is to surprise and delight target audiences with marketing that isn’t boring.

The role:

If you’ve ever wanted to come into a company, plant your flag, and make an impact on day one, this is your chance. This is a new role at VLG. You’d have no predecessor and very little direction initially. Expectations will be high, because you’ll be able to:

  • Communicate results and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives at Fortune 50 companies
  • Be a leader; communicate a vision for marketing analytics at VLG
  • Hands-on creation of the next generation analytics reports and techniques using a variety of marketing automation and data tools
  • Ability to partner with a cross-functional team of technical, creative, and account services

  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree in a qualitative field preferred
  • Track record of consistent delivery and execution

Be local:

We need people that are in the Dallas area for this role. VLG currently operates as an office optional company, but you’ll spend time at the office in training workshops and team-building events. Being local allows you to escape to a clean, quiet space for a change of scenery should dogs, cats, goldfish, children, and partners make home-officing a nightmare. Like everything VLG, our office space was purposely designed and creates an outstanding work environment.

Competitive pay and benefits:

  • Unlimited personal time off*
  • Free healthcare insurance with dental and vision options
  • Peer-to-peer bonuses
